Insert Meta Tags in your web pages

Meta tags are used to describe the websites description and keywords that search engines understand use to rank your website for.

Meta tags used to be very valuable during 90s and millenium but it lost it's value over the years since the search engines got smarter and updated regularly to avoid cheap and useless websites.

Today meta tags are not as valuable but still useful, and one of the must things to do. Basically for every web page that is created you put in a meta tags.

There are alot of meta tags out there but not all needed, and the important meta tags that used in web page and they are description, keywords, and robots.

Description meta tag - is used to describe your web page, so simply writing a five to fifteen word paragraph describing your website, but fewer words is better because google will put more weight on them. Google also use description to find your website, so its very important to put a key words in description that you want to be found for.

Keywords meta tag - uses just keywords to describe your web page which is more effective then meta description. It's also good to have same or similar keywords as in description because your web page will have more chances of being found for those words. Try using no more then ten words for maximum results.

Robots meta tag - used to control which web pages you want search engines to index and which once you don't want to get indexed. This meta tag is not as important today but helps the search engine spiders to index your web pages faster. Search engines are inteligent today and no longer needs this meta tags to index your web pages but it helps to speed up process and give you more control over your web site. Use meta tag below in all your web pages:
